Room 9 is on the third floor of the Main Lodge. It offers a queen size bed and 2 twin size beds, carpeted floor, ceiling fan, A/C, cable TV/DVD, private shower bath with hair dryer, in-room phone, alarm clock, and nice views on our backyard and Kearsarge Brook. Maximum occupancy: 4

Rates are off-season (April/November) / high season (Fall foliage) per night and include full country breakfast cooked-to-order (rates subject to change)

Double occupancy:
Week days (Sunday to Thursday) : $94/$139
Weekends (Friday & Saturday) & Holidays : $124/$179

Children under 10 stay for free.
Add $20 + tax per night ($25 during fall foliage season) for each additional person over the age of 10.
Deduct $10/night + tax for a single occupancy
