Master bedroom

This large two-bedroom suite is in the Main Lodge, above our owners' quarters, on the second floor. It has carpeted floor, A/C, and offers one bedroom with a queen size bed and a twin sleeper sofa, alarm clock, large closet where 2 twin size beds (rollaway) can be added, with a nice view on the backyard and Kearsarge Brook.

The second bedroom offers a double size bed, rocking chair, alarm clock, A/C,  and a large closet. There is enough floor space to add a rollaway if needed.

The living room has a double sleeper sofa, cable TV/VCR, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and in-room phone. The large private bathroom has a spacious 2-sink vanity, combo shower/bathtub and hair dryer. Wireless internet access.

This room is a dog friendly room (click here to check out our pet policy). Maximum occupancy: 10.

Rates are off-season (April/November) / high season (Fall foliage)  per night and include full country breakfast  cooked-to-order (rates subject to change) - 2 night stay minimum required

For up to 4 persons:
Week days (Sunday to Thursday): $159/$194
Week ends (Friday & Saturday) & Holidays : $179/$234

Children under 10 stay for free.
Add $20 + tax per night ($25 during fall foliage season) for each additional person over the age of 10.
Add $15 + tax per night for a dog.
