Wedding and Civil Union Packages

Intimate Wedding or Civil Union Package We can help you plan and host your perfect intimate wedding or civil union. You can choose from one of our packages or we'll work with you to determine your needs and together we'll design a wedding or civil union that reflects your personal and cultural style. Procedures to obtain a New Hampshire Wedding license or Civil Union license: Both members of the couple must appear in person and complete an application with the Conway Town clerk (603-447-3822). You must bring photo IDs and proof of age. If either or both of you are divorced or widowed, you must also bring a certified copy of your final divorce decree and/or spouse's death record. When all the forms are completed, the clerk will prepare the Wedding or Civil Union license, which is valid for not more than 90 days. The Wedding or Civil  Union license fee is $45, payable to the town clerk when you apply for the license. After obtaining the license, you will need to have the wedding or civil union certified in a ceremony performed by either a New Hampshire Justice of Peace or clergy member.
